Misanthrope

The comedy of Moliere is staged by Elmar Senkov - one of the most popular young directors in Latvia. He is already familiar to our audience from the play “Demons”. "Misanthrope" was not based on the well-known translation of 1957, but on the new text by Dmitry Bykov, written specifically for the play. Now the reality of Moliere is much more closely linked to our life. Time of action - the era of social networks and free information. “We are trying to find images that live today.
